Video hit Bon Jovi

Bon Jovi - Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore ft. LeAnn Rimes

"Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore" is a song by Bon Jovi, taken from their tenth studio album, Lost Highway, released in 2007.
The song was released by Mercury Nashville to radio in the United States, and as a CD Maxi in Germany, Switzerland and Austria in November 2007 as the album's third single. It features country pop singer LeAnn Rimes, and also appears as a bonus track on her 12th album, Family.
Song background
It was written by Bon Jovi band members Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora with country singer-songwriter Brett James, and produced by Dann Huff.
The song was the second cross-over song with a female country singer by Bon Jovi, after "Who Says You Can't Go Home" with Jennifer Nettles of the duo Sugarland. Bon Jovi played the whole of the Lost Highway album live and released the concert as a DVD, although "Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore" was performed without Rimes.
Awards and nominations
The song won the CMT Music Award for the Collaborative Video of the Year in 2008.[1] Rimes accepted the award, as Bon Jovi was not at the awards ceremony. Bon Jovi's previous country duet, "Who Says You Can't Go Home", claimed the same award in 2006.
Music Video
The music video for "Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore" features Jon Bon Jovi and LeAnn Rimes walking around the streets of New York City at night. A bed scene was set up in front of the Flatiron Building. The song was also nominated for the Academy of Country Music Award for Vocal Event of the Year.
The lyrics:
It might be hard to be lovers
But it's harder to be friends
Baby pull down the covers
It's time you let me in

Maybe light a couple candles
I'll just go ahead and lock the door
If you'll just talk to me baby
Till we ain't strangers anymore

Lay you head on my pillow
I'll sit beside you on the bed
Don't you think it's time we say
Some things we haven't said?

It ain't too late to get back to that place
Back to the way we thought it was before
Why don't you look at me
Till we ain't strangers anymore?

Sometimes it's hard to love me
Sometimes it's hard to love you too
I know it's hard believing
That love can pull us through

It would be so easy
To live your life with one foot out the door
Just hold me baby
Till we ain't strangers anymore

It's hard to find forgiveness
When we just turn out the lights
It's hard to say you're sorry
When you can't tell wrong from right

It would be so easy
To spend your whole damn life just keeping score
So let's get down to it baby
There ain't no need to lie
Tell me who you think you see
When you look into my eyes

Let's put our two heart back together
And we'll leave the broken pieces on the floor
And make love with me baby
Till we ain't strangers anymore
We're not strangers anymore

We're not strangers

We're not strangers anymore

Richie Sambora - Every Road Leads Home To You

Richard Stephen "Richie" Sambora (born July 11, 1959) is an American rock guitarist, producer, musician, singer and songwriter who is the longtime lead guitarist of the rock band Bon Jovi.
He and frontman Jon Bon Jovi form the primary songwriting unit of the band.
He has also released three solo albums: Stranger in This Town in 1991, Undiscovered Soul in 1998, and his third, Aftermath of the Lowdown was released in September 2012.
Public service and recognition
Over the years, Sambora has been an ardent fundraiser for many charities, such as Dream Street, the Steve Young Forever Young Foundation and Michael J. Fox's Parkinson's disease charity.
He has donated money privately to various cancer charities since the death of his father, including both hospitals where his father was treated, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and M D Anderson.
Sambora's fundraising with the charity Stand Up For a Cure allowed for three mobile full service hospital units to be brought to the streets of New York, two of which were named after his parents, respectively.
In May 2004, Sambora was bestowed with an Honorary Doctorate of Letters by Kean University where he attended the awards ceremony and gave a speech of acceptance. He attended Kean University as a freshman, but then dropped out to pursue a career as a professional guitarist and session musician.
Sambora and Jon Bon Jovi were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame on June 18, 2009.
On November 24, 2009, Sambora launched the charitable effort You Can Go Home in his home town of Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, which unveiled a street renamed Richie Sambora Way.
He also donated funds to renovate part of his alma mater Woodbridge High School, which opened a new weight room, the Adam Sambora Fitness Center, dedicated to Sambora's father.
On May 7, 2012, Sambora was recognised by the Midnight Mission charity for his work, dedication, and support to their cause, with the Golden Heart Award.
The lyrics:
I got your picture on my phone
Your voice in my head
I'm lying here alone
Restless in a faraway bed
The stars will falling down
And I'm half a world away
I'm just trying to close the distance
To feel each breath that you take
When the bridge is burning
And I'm losing my faith
And I'm trying to find my way towards the truth
Like a wild arrow flying
And I'm blindly running
From everything I thought I knew
And every road leads home to you,
Home to you
So you got me to believe
Made me turn on a dime
The writing on the wall
Right in front of me
Every song, every rhyme
But I don't need a thousand words
I need you safe in my arms
I'll be standing strong
I'll keep holding on
When life tries tearing us apart
When the bridge is burning
And I'm losing my faith
And I'm trying to find my way towards the truth
Like a wild arrow flying
And I'm blindly running
From everything I thought I knew
No I ain't regretting
Just how lost I'm getting
Or the red lights I've been blowing through
My foot will find the pedal
As I'm counting the lines
Every road leads home to you,
Every road leads home to you
Home,
The road still leads me home to you
Sometimes I don't see the signs,
The headlights make me blind,
The road still leads me home to you
[Solo]
When the bridge is burning
And I'm losing my faith
And I'm trying to find my way towards the truth
Like the wild arrow flying
And I'm blindly running from
Everything I thought I knew
No I ain't regretting
Just how lost I'm getting
Or the red lights I've been blowing through
My foot will find the pedal
As I'm counting the lines
Every road leads home to you
Every road leads home to you
Home to you
Home to you
Home to you
Every road leads home to you
Home to you
Every road
Leads home to you
Every road leads home to you

Video hit Bon Jovi

Bon Jovi - Bed Of Roses (live in Zurich, 2000)

Bed of Roses is a rock song released by Bon Jovi in late January 1993, from the album Keep the Faith.
Jon Bon Jovi wrote the song in a hotel room while suffering from a hangover and the lyrics reflects his feelings at the time.
The song contains drawn out guitar riffs and soft piano playing, along with emotive and high vocals by Jon Bon Jovi.
The song's power ballad style made it a worldwide hit, and it demonstrated the band's new, more mature sound after their success as a glam metal band in the '80s.
Released as a successful single in 1993, it reached #10 on the Billboard Hot 100, #5 on the top 40 mainstream, #13 in the UK Top 40, and #10 in the German Top 100.
A Spanish version, "Cama de Rosas," was also recorded.
"Bed of Roses" became a staple on Bon Jovi setlists for years to come, and was featured on the band's Cross Road greatest hits album, and in acoustic style on This Left Feels Right. A live performance can be viewed on the Crush Tour DVD.
The song was also recorded by the hard rock band Hinder as a bonus track of the Wal-Mart re-release of their debut album, Extreme Behavior. Tose Proeski covered this song during his concerts and on his 2011 album So Ljubav Ot Tose.
The lyrics:
Sitting here wasted and wounded
At this old piano
Trying hard to capture
The moment this morning I don't know
'Cause a bottle of vodka
Is still lodged in my head
And some blonde gave me nightmares
I think that she's still in my bed
As I dream about movies
They won't make of me when I'm dead
With an ironclad fist I wake up and
French kiss the morning
While some marching band keeps
Its own beat in my head
While we're talking
About all of the things that I long to believe
About love and the truth and
What you mean to me
And the truth is baby you're all that I need
I want to lay you down in a bed of roses
For tonite I sleep on a bed of nails
I want to be just as close as the Holy Ghost is
And lay you down on a bed of roses
Well I'm so far away
That each step that I take is on my way home
A king's ransom in dimes I'd given each night
Just to see through this payphone
Still I run out of time
Or it's hard to get through
Till the bird on the wire flies me back to you
I'll just close my eyes and whisper,
Baby blind love is true
I want to lay you down in a bed of roses
For tonite I sleep on a bed of nails
I want to be just as close as the Holy Ghost is
And lay you down on a bed of roses
The hotel bar hangover whiskey's gone dry
The barkeeper's wig's crooked
And she's giving me the eye
I might have said yeah
But I laughed so hard I think I died
Now as you close your eyes
Know I'll be thinking about you
While my mistress she calls me
To stand in her spotlight again
Tonite I won't be alone
But you know that don't
Mean I'm not lonely I've got nothing to prove
For it's you that I'd die to defend
I want to lay you down in a bed of roses
For tonite I sleep on a bed of nails
I want to be just as close as the Holy Ghost is
And lay you down on a bed of roses
